Obituary: Christine Waller, 78, Barren Co., KY

Christine Waller, age 78, Glasgow, KY, died Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY.

Funeral services will be held 3:00pmCT, Thursday, October 22, 2009, at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East ST, Edmonton, KY, with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery, 303 Leslie AV, Glasgow, KY. Visitation is from 4pm until 8pmCT, Wednesday and after 9amCT, Thursday, October 22, at the funeral home.

She was the daughter of the late Willie and Betty Carver Holder. She was a member of the Cedar Cross Baptist Church in Scottsville, KY but attended the Dripping Springs Baptist Church in Metcalfe County.

She is survived by The following:
  • Two children: Arlis and wife Becky Waller, Glasgow, KY, and Tena Bunch also of Glasgow

  • One grandson: Daniel R. Bunch, Glasgow, KY

  • Two sisters: Marjorie Sanders, San Antonio, TX and Ila Spencer, Scottsville, KY
Butler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
