Dale Hollow Resort will host Beginning Caving Expedition

BURKESVILLE, KY - Dale Hollow Lake State Resort Park, 5970 State Park Road Burkesville, KY 42717-9728, will be hosting its "Beginning Caving Expedition" the weekend of November13-15, 2009. The course is for designed for beginners and experienced cavers. Participants are taught the basics of caving through presentations and hands on experience. Guided cave tours through various caves on the park, surface hikes, and children's activities will be offered.

The fee for the weekend is $25 per adult and $15 per child (12 & under). This fee includes all programs and tours. Reservations now by calling 1-800-325-2282. For more information visit www.parks.ky.gov or contact Jamie Avery at jamie.avery@ky.gov
