Obituary: Millard Coy Wilson, 69, dies in Edmonton, KY He was co-founder of Bel-Aire Restaurant and owned and operated Edmonton Discount Furniture, both in Edmonton, KY. He was a member of the Edmonton City Council and of Penick's Chapel Baptist Church. He will be buried in Adair Co., KY Millard Coy Wilson, 69, Edmonton, KY, died Sunday, October 11, 2009 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Funeral services were held Wednesday, October 14, 2009, at Penicks Chapel United Baptist Church, where he was a member. Burial was in Adair County at Shirley-Dickson Cemetery, 1729 Prices Creek RD, Edmonton, KY. He was the son of the late Guy and Kate Shirley Wilson. Coy, along with his late wife Virginia, were the founders of Bel Aire Resturant in Edmonton. He also owned and operated Edmonton Discount Furniture in Edmonton and was a member of the Edmonton City Council. He is survived by the following:
