Adair Co. Fair Miss Pre-Teen wins state title

Miss Pre-Teen Adair County Fair, Bailey Nicole Brown, won the title of 2009 Miss Pre-Teen Kentucky County Fair Saturday night, October 17, 2009, in Louisville while competing with a total of 76 contestants.

Bailey is the 12 year old daughter of Robin Brown and Jeff Brown of Russell Springs, KY. She is in the seventh grade at Russell County Middle School, Russell Springs, KY.

Attending with the Adair County Fair Board were Fay Davidson, Billy Pickett, Susan Lewis, Terry Harvey, Marshall Judd, and Greg Thompson.

She is Bailey Nicole Brown, a seventh grade student at Russell Co. Elementary School. She won the title in competition in Louisville on Saturday, October 17, 2009.
