Fair Miss Pre-Teen wins state title Bailey Nicole Brown is seventh grader at Russell County Middle School Click on headline for full story, photo by Greg Thomas Miss Pre-Teen Adair County Fair, Bailey Nicole Brown, won the title of 2009 Miss Pre-Teen Kentucky County Fair Saturday night, October 17, 2009, in Louisville while competing with a total of 76 contestants. Bailey is the 12 year old daughter of Robin Brown and Jeff Brown of Russell Springs, KY. She is in the seventh grade at Russell County Middle School, Russell Springs, KY.
