Bailey is the 12 year old daughter of Robin Brown and Jeff Brown of Russell Springs, KY. She is in the seventh grade at Russell County Middle School, Russell Springs, KY. Attending with the Adair County Fair Board were Fay Davidson, Billy Pickett, Susan Lewis, Terry Harvey, Marshall Judd, and Greg Thompson.
