Wants to organize cards, Ski, care shipments to servicemen

Christmas is only 67 days away
About: Reader suggests organizing Ski shipments to Iraq

To ColumbiaMagazine.com:

My church (and me personally) are interested in obtaining the addresses of Adair servicemen currently serving our country anywhere, but especially in Afghanistan and Iraq. We would like to mail cards to them. Also, we would be interested in something like sending Ski to them and other care products. Is there anyone who could supply us with a list of names and addresses?

s/Connie Scott

Thanks. Great idea, for a year round operation and it's also a reminder that Christmas is not that far away. We're posting, in hopes someone will suggest a way to keep the names on file. We'll do our part to publicize the effort, as well as important dates, deadlines, and shipping suggestions. -Ed Waggener
