She leaves 59 direct descendants Dorothy Bunch, 90, 6702 Hwy 379, Russell Springs, KY, 42642 died Thurday, October 8, 2009, at 9:05amCT, at Russell County Hospital in Russell Springs, KY. The funeral service will be at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 North Main ST, Jamestown , at 1pmCT on Saturday, October 10, 2009, with Bro. David Withers and Bro. Roger Garner officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Russell Springs, KY. Visitation is after 5pmCT, at the funeral home in Jamestown. Pallbearers are Mike Bunch, Billy Bunch, John Bunch, George Buchanon, Jr; Michael Robertson, and Robert Young. She was born May 2, 1919 in Jamestown, Russell Co., KY. She was the the daughter of the late Elisha and Pearl (Wright) Appleby. At her death, she was 90 years, 5 months, and 6 days of age. She was a homemaker.She is survived by the following:
