Youngs Mill: Photos raise interest in other mills in Adair Co. About: Young Mill story with two old photographs added Mr. Wm. L. Willis, of Frankfort, KY, late of this place, called Sunday after seeing the Youngs Mill photos submitted by Roy Dykes to request that someone do an inventory of all the water mills which have operated in Adair Co., KY. Mr. Willis remembers foundation remnants of the old mill at Milltown, KY, in the Russell Creek he was shown years ago at a time when the creek was low. If you have comments on Mr. Wm. L.
