KSP Activity Report for September 2009 Traffic fatalities for 2009 surge past those for 2008. Post 15 traffic deaths in September were in Adair, Green, Marion and Washington Counties. Statewide fatality counts up over year before, too By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY COLUMBIA, KY - During the month of September, 2009, there were 44 traffic accidents investigated by the State Police working in the Post 15 area in the 11 counties of Adair, Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, Green, Marion, Metcalfe, Monroe, Russell, Taylor and Washington. There were four fatalities:
