Obituary: Linda Pike Money, 63, formerly of Taylor Co., KY

She was a member of the Campbellsville Baptist Church. She was a resident of Springfield, KY, and a native of Marion Co., KY.

Linda Pike Money, 63 of Springfield, KY, formerly of Campbellsville, KY, died at 8:10amET, Monday, September 28, 2009, in Springfield, KY.

Funeral services for Linda Pike Money will be held at 11amCT, Thursday, October 1, 2009, at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon AV, Campbellsville, KY, by Dr. J. Chester Badget. Bural will be in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens, 3878 Greensburg RD, Campbellsville, KY. Visitation will be from 5pm to 8pmET, Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at the funeral home.



Pallbearers are Jacky Arvin, Jimmie Graham, Adam Pike, Chad Pike, Chris Pike, and Terry Roberts. Honorary pallbearers are Carolyn Barnett, Donna Russell Blewett, Bonnie Newton Claycomb, Ann Smith Gorin, and Jenny Wright.

Linda Pike Money of Springfield, formerly of Campbellsville, KY, daughter of the Rev. Earl Pike and the late Louise Phillips Pike, was born October 28, 1945, in Marion Co., KY. She died at 8:10amET., Monday, September 28, 2009 in Springfield, at the age of 63 years and 11 months.

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville Baptist Church.

She had been employed as a sales clerk in retail sales.

She is survived by the following:
  • One son and daughter-in-law: Matt and Tarren Money of Tampa, FL

  • Four grandchildren: Hannah, Aaron, Matthew and Jacob of FL
  • Father and step-mother: Rev. Earl and Wanda Pike of Springfield, KY

  • Two brothers: Bill Pike, Bardstown, KY, and Gary Pike, Hardyville, KY

  • Several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends
