Driver loses control in curve, overturns in tree line on KY 163 By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY MONROE CO, KY - An injury collision occurred Sunday morning, September 27, 2009, at 12:41amCT, nine miles South of Tompkinsville, KY, on KY 163. Olivia Key, age 18 of Moss, TN. was traveling South on KY 163 in 2006 Honda Accord, lost control exiting a curve, struck an embankment, overturned in a tree line. Ms. Key was wearing a seat belt and transported by private vehicle to the Monroe County Medical Center. Tpr. Daniel Stephens is investigating the collision.
