Wayne Co. men arrested as burglary at G&G Motors foiled Heist of ATV, other inventory stopped by Columbia Police in mid-operation; even trailer used to haul booty was listed as stolen from Wayne Co., KY. Second of two men arrested after 30 minute manhunt. Officers Jr. Murphy, Josh Brockman, and Tracy McCarol assisted by Adair Co. Sheriff's Deputies Two Wayne County men were arrested on various charges after Columbia Police Officer Jr. Murphy observed suspicious activity in the parking lot of G&G Motors, 1122 Campbellsville RD, Columbia, KY, last night, Saturday, September 26, 2009 at around 8:15pmCT. The arrest came as a follow-up to Officer Murphy's hunch. Arrests came in two stages The arrests came in two stages. According to police, Jimmy Hollars found first, and taken into custody, but it took a 30 minute search to find Douglas Daniels, who, police say, was hiding under a trailer in the parking lot. According to Columbia Police, the two men had loaded the ATV into a 16-ft box traler and were attempting to get other items to put in the trailer.
