ACHS girls' golf: Next, Regional Tournament at Kenny Perry CC

ACHS girls golf suffered a loss on the last match of the season, against Pulaski County High School, at Eagles Nest Country Club, Somerset, KY, on Thursday, September 24, 2009. They finish the season with a 9-9 match record, going into Tuesday's Regional Tournament play at Franklin, KY.

Pulaski County shot a 171 to Adair Co.'s 186. Adair was led by Ashley Goodin & Natalie Sneed with 40's, Emilee Royse shot a 49, Dea Brandon 57, Natalie Curry 58, Rachel Phipps 64.



Pulaski Co. was led by Chelsea Branscum with a 37.

"I was pleased to finish the match season with an even record. We probably didn't always play to our potential, but golf is a tough sport to master and this has been a good group of girls to work with this year," Coach Goodin said.
