Richard Phelps sends thanks to City, AC Garden Club

About: Adair Co., KY Historical Marker At Trabue-Russell House

To ColumbiaMagazine.com

Thanks so much for the long overdue effort to straighten the historic marker of Daniel Trabue. It has been crooked for at least 15 years.

Thanks again for all of the beautiful work on the Rose Garden, and the new effort by all parties (City of Columbia, Garden Club, and everyone else that helps) involved have certainly helped take the Trabue-Russell House to new found beauty and state of preservation.

There may be an opportunity for the public to enjoy it during the coming holiday season. Stay tuned for further developments.

Thank you,

s/Richard Phelps Former President Adair Heritage Association
Rose Garden Rosearian,
& Daniel Trabue impersonator
