Writer needs advice on making chewing tobacco About: Bruce Wilson has organic chewing tobacco crop ready to harvest To ColumbiaMagazine.com: Hey there. I am interested in a recipe for chewing tobacco. I bought 125 plants from Kirby Hancock of Adair County FFA at the local high school. I have harvested my tobacco and am drying in the garage. I have interest in making chaw, but would like some instructions. I hear you can boil down some apple juice and molasses, but would like a little more instruction.
