Single vehicle crash at Windsor results in injury By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY Trooper Adam Likins of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY is investigating a collision that occurred at 4:30pm, Wednesday, September 2, 2009, on KY 910 in Windsor, KY. Jewell Wade, 61 years old, of Windsor, was operating a 2000 Ford northbound on KY Hwy 910 when she lost control of the vehicle. Wade's vehicle travelled off the roadway and overturned, coming to final rest on the passenger side. Wade was belted and was transported by personal vehicle to the Russell County Hospital.
