Tickets on sale for 3rd Annual Wacky Quacky Duck Race Tickets are now on sale for the Columbia Parks & Recreation Board's 3rd Annual Wacky Quacky Duck race to be held on Russell Creek on Labor Day, September 7, 2009 at City Hall, 116 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY; ; Grimsley Jewelry, 102 Public Square, Columbia, KY; and at Thomas Photography, 508 Burkesville ST, Columbia, KY. The prize is a 32" High Definition LCD television. Tickets are $5 for one, $25 for six, $50 for 1 dozen, and a "Flock of Ducks," $100 for 30. Members of the Columbia Parks & Recreation Board are Chairman Charles Grimsley and members Donna Shirley, Richard Phelps, Greg Thomas, and David Herbst.
