The next major event on the Duck Race circuit is the prestigious 3rd Annual Wacky Quacky Duck Race on the rushing waters of Russell Creek, Columbia, KY on Monday, September 7, 2009, at 2:00pm. The top prize is a 32" Sansui HD LCD television. Tickets are on sale at City Hall, Columbia, KY; at Grimsley Jewelry, and at Thomas Photography.
