Taste of Adair is Tuesday, August 4, 2009

The Adair Farmers' Market will hold a "Taste of Adair" Tuesday, August 4, 2009 in the parking lot of the Adair County Extension Office, 409 Fairground ST, Columbia, KY.

The market will be open that morning, extended hours, from 6:00am to 12:00 Noon CT.

On August 4, 2009, starting from 9:30am to 12 noon CT, extension agents will grill items from the Farmers' Market featuring fresh corn on the cob, potatoes, cabbage, tomatoes, squash, chicken and more. Everyone is invited to stop by for a free sample.

The market is open this morning, Tuesday, July 28, 2009, and Friday, July 31, 2009, with fresh fruits and produce grown in Adair County commercial gardens. Regular market hours are Tuesdays and Fridays, 6-10:00amCT throughout the garden season.
