Concord School tightly woven in fabric of Hayes family history

About: The Concord School of the 1940s

By Chrystal Hayes Broyles

My father, Jim Hayes and his brother, Charles Hayes, were among the alumni of the Concord School. Janet Murrell (Hayes) who is mentioned in the article is my aunt. The Concord community and the little Church are tightly woven into the fabric of my family history.

My father passed away three years ago however my Aunt and Uncle live in Louisville.

I am sending a picture of my father during his school days at Concord. I also would enjoy seeing any photos or information that others might have to share.
