Inside City limits, Columbia, KY: Is the water not getting better?

To ColumbiaMagazine.com:

Well, I have seen the pictures and heard the stories of the water looking nasty. I was glad that it was not effecting my home. Well guess what. I just ran bath water for two of my children and the water was brown. This is after we fixed my youngest a bottle with, guess what, regular tap water. So what did we just give our daughter? Is the City not doing anything about the water? This is getting pretty bad. I pay the City my money for good quality water and this is what I get? " Photo of bath water drawn at Bailey residence in the City of Columbia, KY, July 21, 2009
