Comment: Casey Kids were totally in Shakespeare Mode Principal commends Camp Casey Directors, LWC Bonner leaders, and Kentucky Shakespeare Society's Bradley Druiguid for extraordinary Shakespeare program Comment re: Summer with Shakespeare at Camp Casey, photo by Duane Bonifer By Patty Jones, Principal, Col. Wm. Casey Elementary School Great Picture....Thanks so much to Dana Harmon, Paula Garrison, and Angie Smith for their efforts in coordinating and bringing this awesome program to Col. Wm. Casey. The work and time of Bradley and the Bonner Leaders from LWC were the finishing touch to making the entire month a success. Whenever I was at school each student seemed to be having a great time and was totally into the "Shakespeare Mode."CWC is blessed to have the Camp Casey program that provides not only high quality summer programs, but great before and after school activities as well. The program is funded by a 21st Century Communities Learning grant secured by the school and coordinated by Dana Harmon. All students who attend CWC and those in 3rd grade at JAIS are eligible to participate in the school year events which will kick-off just after the 2009-2010 school year begins. Be watching for enrollment information after the school year begins. You can also learn more at the CWC Kindergarten Kickoff on July 30, 2009, or at the Open House for other grades on August 3, 2009.
