KSP makes arrest in Washington Co. burglary

WASHINGTON CO., KY - An arrest has been made by the Kentucky State Police on a burglary that occurred on Smith Lane in Washington County on June 1, 2009. Jessie Neathery age 18 of Cox's Creek and a juvenile were arrested on July 2, 2009.

Neathery was charged with burglary 1st, wanton endangerment 1st, criminal mischief 3rd and tampering with physical evidence. Christopher Lyons age 19 of Bardstown was arrested on June 14, 2009, and charged with the same offenses. Trooper Brian Coyt of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY, is investigating the incident.
