Two vehicle injury crash on KY 70 attributed to wet roadway Injured taken to Casey County Hospital in Liberty, KY and to Taylor Regional Hospital iin Campbellsville, KY By Tpr. Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer KY State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY CASEY COUNTY, KY: Collision occurred at 4:26pmCT, Friday, June 26, 2009, on K7 70, 8 miles West of Liberty. Thomas Sullivan, Age 25, of Liberty, KY was belted and not injured, was operating a 1995 Chevrolet, was traveling West on Ky 70 and was negotiating a curve and lost control, due to wet roadway and struck a 2000 Toyota Pickup, operated by Alene Long, Age 72, of Liberty, was belted, which was traveling East on Ky 70. Long was transported to Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville, KY, by Campbellsville- Taylor County EMS where she was treated and released. Greg Galloway, Age 21, of Liberty, a passenger in the Sullivan vehicle, was belted, was transported to Casey County Hospital by private vehicle where he was treated and released. Tawni Martin, Age 20, of Liberty, a passenger in the Sullivan vehicle, was belted, was transported to Taylor Regional Hospital by Campbellsville-Taylor County EMS where she was treated and released. Collision is being investigated by Trooper Bryan Shepard of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY.
