Senior Day in the Park is today, Thursday, June 25, 2009 "Judge Melton, Mayor Bell encourage all senior citizens to attend, and all citizens to remember to provide transportation for parents, grandparents, and neighbors to make this a wonderful day."-LISA LEE Day begins at 8:30amCT and continues through noonCT By Gale Cowan The Lake Cumberland Area Development District, Adair Co. Judge/Executive Ann Melton, and City of Columbia Mayor Pat Bell would like to invite all Senior Citizens to join them for Senior Day in the Park. The day of fun, games, and food will be Thursday, June 25, 2009 from 8:30am to 12:00pmNoonCT, at the State Roadside Park at 2310 Hwy 55 South Road, Columbia, KY. The day will begin at 8:30 amCT with the games, follow with a cookout, and finish the day off with drawings for door prizes.
