Four ACES students win Claypool Art & Writing winners

Aaran Taylor, Tiara Holmes, Chris Wheeler, and Hailey Stanley in top spots

The 2008 Jim Claypool Conservation Art & Writing ContestWinners from Adair County Elementary School were presented onAwards Day.



The winners are:
  • 1st place in the Writing contest (Grades 6-12): Aaran Maurice Taylor (he received a certificate from Senator McGaha, The Adair CountyConservation District and a $50 U.S. Savings Bond from Kentucky FarmBureau Insurance Company

  • 1st place in the Art Contest (Grades 4-5):Tiara Holmes (she received a certificate from Senator McGaha, The Adair County Conservation District and a $50 U.S. Savings Bond from Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance Company.

  • 2nd place in the Art contest (Grades 4-5): Chris Wheeler (healso received a certificate from Senator McGaha)

  • 3rd place in the Art contest: (Grades 4-5), Hailey Stanley (she received a certificate from Senator McGaha)
