Shaggy Dog is found. Injured, but recovery is underway

Thanks to everyone who helped - especially nice couple on High Street - Precious little dog has been found! He had been hit by a car, but, thankfully, his injuries are not life threatening. He is now under veterinary care and should recover and then go on to find a new home

By Susan Rarey

I wanted to let you know that our rescued shaggy dog that escaped his foster home has been found!

I was able to get him back as a direct result of putting his picture on ColumbiaMagazine.com.

I want to thank everyone for looking out for him and reporting his whereabouts as they spotted him.

There's a nice couple that lives on High St. (and unfortunately I didn't get their name) who held onto shaggy dog until they could contact me.

Sadly, it does appears that he has been hit by a car, but his injuries are not life threatening and he is now under veterinary care. He should recover just fine and then go on to find a new home.

Thank you again for your online magazine and to all who helped get shaggy dog back.
