Overcorrection factor in 2-truck US 127, Clinton Co., KY collision Occurs six miles south of Albany, KY. KSP Post 15, Columbia, KY officers assisted at the scene by Commercial Vehicle Enforcement, Clinton County Sheriff's Department, Albany Fire and rescue, EPA, and Harvey Bicken Enterprises By Tpr. Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY. CLINTON CO, KY - Trooper Dwayne Holder and Trooper Logan Richardson are investigating a collision that occurred Tuesday morning, June 23, 2009, at 10:45amCT, 6 miles South of Albany, KY, on US 127. Eric C. Grubb, age 29 of Lawrenceburg, KY, was traveling South on US 127 in a 2008 International when he left the roadway, overcorrected and entered the North bound lane striking a 1986 Mack truck being operated by Kenneth H. Hestand II, age 59 of Albany, KY. Grubb was wearing a seat belt. He was treated and released from the Clinton County Hospital, Albany, KY. Hestand was not wearing a seat belt, also treated and released from the Clinton County Hospital. Tpr. Holder and Tpr. Richardson were assisted at the scene by Commerical Vehicle Enforcement, Clinton County Sheriff's Dept., Clinton County EMS, Albany Fire and Rescue, State Highway Dept, EPA, and Harvey Bicken Enterprises.
