Grits Crisis? It's no laughing matter

We got trouble. Right here in Columbia, KY. Righteous outrage over lack of grits and gumption-CM
About: Epicurean Kentuckian: Breakfast in The Holler

To ColumbiaMagazine.com:

Where's the Grits at? LOL.

Lorne Holler
Thanks for pointing out the real injustice in the breakfasts in The Holler.

If we had any kind of City Council, any Fiscal Court with any gumption at all, any school board with an ounce of self respect, there would be a law requiring grits with every breakfast, maybe even with every meal. LOL? It's no laughing matter. Some people have no respect for anything sacred anymore: Home, motherhood, grits. There is at least one beacon of hope for Adair County: Betty's OK Country Cooking offers them (grits) as an extra. Grits ought to be mandatory. By law or Chamber of Commerce edict. -EW
