Injury collision at Intersection US68/KY289, Campbellsville, KY Three transported to Taylor County Regional Hospital for treatment Morris Horn, Campbellsville, KY, was operating a 2001 Buick 4 door while traveling north on Lebanon Avenue in Campbellsville, and, according to Campbellsville Police, was struck at the intersection of Broadway by an eastbound 1993 Chevrolet 4-door, operated by Teresa Schweickert, Campbellsville, KY. The collision occurred at 11:54amET, Sunday, June 21, 2009. Mr. Horn's passenger, Jane Horn, and passengers in the Schweickert vehicle, Tyler Schweickert and Collin Hater were transported to Taylor Regional Hospital by Campbellsville Taylor County Rescue. The incident was investigated by Officers Riggs and Bishop of the Campbellsville Police Department. In addition to the Police and Rescue units, the Campbellsville Fire Department was also on the scene. This story was posted on 2009-06-21 19:47:12
