Harley rider cited to court after Marion Co., KY crash By Trooper Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY MARION CO, KY - A collision occurred 2 miles East of Raywick on Wimsatt RD at 6:10pmET. Lewis Cissell, age 49 of Raywick, KY, was operating a 1996 Harley Davidson motorcycle westbound when he lost control in a curve and wrecked on the roadway. BR>Mr. Cissell was treated at Springview hospital. He was not wearing a helmet. The collision was investigated by TPR Fred Cornett. Mr. Cissell was cited to appear in court for DUI 1st.
