CU's Laura Swencki, Lebanon, KY, Daktronics Scholar-Athlete By Richard RoBards, correspondent CAMPBELLSVILLE, KY - Laura Swencki, a Campbellsville University tennis player from Lebanon, Ky., has been named a.Daktronics-NAIA Women's Tennis Scholar-Athlete for 2009. Swencki, a senior who has used up her tennis eligibility and plans to graduate after the fall 2009 semester, carries a 3.65 grade point average in her major of exercise science/sports medicine. She plans to play one more season of women's soccer for CU in the fall after leading the team on goals (20) in 2008.
