Snoopy, beagle found at Antioch, going to good home About: Found male beagle; wants owner to call Ed, It seems that lost beagles are a hot commodity in Adair County. We got several calls, but none matched this nice little guy. So I loaded him in a crate and put him in the bed of the truck to take to the shelter when one of the road workers on the new KY 61 drove around on his lunch break and stopped to compliment my husband on our place. My husband asked him if he knew of anyone who could have lost him. We'd already driven around and left notes at neighbors plus called into the AM radio show. The road worker said he'd been looking for a nice beagle. So Snoopy will go home with him tomorrow and if his prior owner tracks us down, we will have the name and address where he ended up. You can remove the ad. Thanks for ColumbiaMagazine.com. It's pretty amazing how many people read it from top to bottom! s/Pam DaileyMcNeiley This story was posted on 2009-06-04 21:36:14
