Meth lab seized on Willie Grant RD, Adair Co., KY Two lodged in Adair County Regional Jail By Tpr. Billy Gregory Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY Adair County, KY - Kentucky State Police, Post 15, received information regarding an active Meth lab on Willie Grant Rd. in Adair County. Kentucky State Police units responded to the scene along with personnel from the Kentucky State Police Special Operations branch. The investigation led to seizure of an active Meth lab and the arrest of 37-year-old Jeff Oakley and 45-year-old Gary Duncan, both of Columbia, Both men were charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st offense and lodged in the Adair County Jail.
