Obituary: Hallie Dangerfield Beard Nunn, 96, Green Co., KY Mrs. Nunn was a member of the South Greensburg Baptist Church and attended the Fry Baptist Church. She was a retired machine operator for Fruit of the Loom. Hallie Dangerfield Beard Nunn of Greensburg, KY, daughter of the late Henry Dangerfield and Ada Simpson Dangerfield, was born on May 12, 1913 in Green County and departed this life on Friday, May 15, 2009 at the Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY. She was 96 years, and three days of age. The funeral services for Hallie Dangerfield Beard Nunn will be conducted at 1:00pmCT, Monday, May 18, 2009 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S. Main ST, Greensburg, KY, with burial to follow in the Bethlehem Cemetery. Bro. Larry Wisdom will be officiating. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the South Greensburg Baptist Church and also attended the Fry Baptist Church. She was also a retired machine operator for Fruit of the Loom, Inc. She united in marriage to Richard Beard on December 23, 1929 who preceded her in death on August 30, 1976. She later united in marriage to Earl Nunn on December 15, 1979 who also preceded her in death on December 30, 2003. She was also preceded in death by a son: Rollin Thomas Beard on April 1, 1980.
