Two arrested following a traffic stop The Adair County Sheriff's Department arrested Nicholas Flatt, 21, Russell Springs, KY, and Tina Wells, 33, Columbia, KY, following a traffic stop on Valley View RD in Columbia, KY, at around 11:55pmCT, Tuesday night, May 12, 2009. Both were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
