Adair Sheriff's Department makes arrest on Cane Valley Road The Adair County Sheriff's Department made an arrest on May 10, 2009, at approximately 9:45amCT on Sunday, May 10, 2009, following an altercation on Cane Valley Road in Adair County, KY. Brenda Overstreet, 58, of Columbia was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs with aggravated circumstances 1st and Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree. The arrest was made by Chief Deputy Bruce McCloud with the Adair County Sheriff Department who was assisted by KSP Troopers Jamie Richard and Tracy Haynes.
