Goldfinches are here all winter, but they are brown About: " Birds of KY Goldfinches hover at finch sock at Ebenezer KY" Ed, Judy Corbin's picture of the gold finchs is very pretty. But she made the coment they where back in town. They never leave, they are here all winter. They just turn brown in the winter and then turn back to yellow in the spring.
