Obituary: Eula Bryant, 70 Columbia, KY

Mrs. Bryant was a member of a respected Adair County family, a retired employee of Oshkosh B'Gosh, and attended the Columbia Church of God

Eula Bryant age 70 years of 1301 Jamestown St, Columbia, Ky. passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at 1:27pmCT, at The Medical Center at Bowling Green, KY, after a short illness.

The funeral service is Friday, May 1, 2009 at 1:00pmCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Gene Conover and Gary Conover officiating. Interment in the Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY The family requests visiting after 3:00pmCT on Thursday April 30, 2009, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.



She was born March 20, 1939, the daughter of the late: Eural and Maggie Parson Sneed of Adair County, KY.

Survived by her husband, Russell Bryant, Columbia, KY, and the following:
  • One son: David Bryant and special friend, Tammy Durham, Greensburg, KY

  • Two daughters: Thelma Morgan and husband Ronnie, Greensburg, KY; and Janice Conover and husband Gary, Columbia, KY

  • One brother: Wayne Sneed, Columbia, KY

  • Four grandchildren: Bradley Morgan, Tanya Russell, Peggy Sue Bryant, and Brandon Wood

  • One step grandchild: Jared Conover

  • Four great grandchildren: Josh Morgan, Jordan Morgan, Taylor Russell, and Madison Russell
She was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Keith.

Mrs. Bryant was a retired machine operator at Osh Kosh in Columbia, KY. She attended the Columbia Church of God.

Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in charge of funeral arrangements.
