Two vehicle accident on Kellyville RD injures one driver

The Adair County Sheriff's Department investigated a two vehicle injury accident on Kellyville Road in Adair County at approximately 10:35amCT, on Sunday April 26, 2009.

The accident occurred, according to the report, when Glenda Butler, 48, of Columbia, KY was operating a 2007 HHR and turned into the path of a 1994 Chevy Corsica being operated by Joey Perkins, 28.



Glenda Butler was transported to Westlake Regional Hospital by Adair County EMS.

A passenger in the Butler vehicle, Caleb Butler, 9, was not injured. No injuries were reported in the Perkins vehicle.

The accident was investigated by Deputy Bruce McCloud with the Adair County Sheriff's Department.
