KY Voices at KY Repertory Theatre: April 29, 30, 2009

At Horse Cave, KY: On Wednesday, April 29, a new ten-minute play by Nellie Gooden and Full Moon by Larry Pike; on Thursday, April 30, 2009, Strike Zone by Liz Fentress. All are free and open to the public

Each spring for almost thirty years, Kentucky Repertory Theatre in Horse Cave has hosted readings of new plays by Kentucky playwrights or with Kentucky themes. Many of them have gone on to full productions at the theatre and at other locations.

Larry Pike's Beating The Varsity was produced in 2000 and Liz Bussey Fentress' Liz's Circus Story in 2001. This year they have two new plays for us.



The readings will be in the Education Building at 118 East Main Street, Horse Cave. This is just across the street from the American Cave Museum.On Wednesday night, April 29, 2009, at 7:00pmCT: a new ten-minute play by Nellie Gooden and Full Moon by Larry Pike.On Thursday night, April 30, 2009 at 7:00pmCT: Strike Zone by Liz Fentress.These events are free and open to the public.
