Driver arrested on KY 704, charged with DUI Saturday evening (April 25, 2009) at approximately 4:00pmCT, a 1995 Nissan was stopped on Hwy. 704 for weaving on the roadway by the Adair County Sheriff's Department. Driver Louie Loy of Columbia was arrested and charged with DUI and lodged in the Adair County Jail. The arrest was made by Deputy Charles Greer. -from ADAIR CO.
