Obituary: Tammy Parke, 37, Columbia, KY Ms. Parke was a member of a respected Eastern Adair County family and was a dispatcher for the Russell County Emergency Management Service Tammy Parke, 37, of 1500 Rooks-Denton RD, Columbia, KY died suddenlyTuesday night, April 21, 2009 from injuries received in an automobile accident on KY 1729, the Sano Road, near Columbia, KY. The Funeral service will be Friday, April 24, 2009 at 1:00 pmCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Jimmy Bunch the officiating clergy. Interment in the Freedom Cemetery. The family requests visiting after 4:30pm on Thursday, April 23, 2009, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home. She was born February 15, 1972, the daughter of Sidney and Claudia Rooks Campbell of Columbia, KY. She is further survived by the following: These aunts and uncles: Sue and Dewey Rooks, Columbia, KY;Betty and Don Adams, Campbellsville, KY; and Danny and Margie Rooks of Columbia, KY.She was preceded in death by an infant son, Kevin Park, and an infant brother, Bradley Robert Campbell.
