Gary E. Oler, formerly of Hovious Ridge, arrested in TN About: "KY State Police seeking to locate Gary Oler, 46" By Tpr. Billy Gregory, KSP Post 15 Public Affairs Officer Gary E. Oler was arrested in South Pittsburgh, TN on Thursday April 21, 2009 after surrendering to authorities and revealing that he was wanted in Kentucky. He was charged with being a Fugitive from Justice.
