Bradley Miller, left, and Victor Davis, have just completed Water Distribution Operator Certification training. They are shown above at the entrance to the Adair County Water Plant, 555 Griffin Springs Road, Campbellsville, KY. The plant serves Columbia Utilities and Adair County Water District customers and is located barely over the Taylor County line, just north of Coburg, Adair County, KY.
