Good Neighbors: People of Adair Co., KY take care of each other To ColumbiaMagazine.com This is a big thanks to Dennis Loy. My riding lawn mower broke down and my son was mowing the yard with a push mower when the push mower quit working. I was trying to find someone to repair my troubles when Dennis Loy came over and finsihed cutting my grass. I can't thank him enough. I have lived here now for eleven years and never found a place where the people of the area or county take care of each other like they do in Adair County.
