LWC Sister Cities Project for Columbia findings April 29, 2009

The Intercultural Communication class at Lindsey Wilson College is presenting its findings about prospective "Sister City" partners for the City of Columbia, at 2:00pmCT, Wednesday, April 29, 2009, in Slider Humanities Recital Hall on the Lindsey Wilson College main campus.

The event is open to everyone who is interested in Sister Cities.Light refreshments will be provided.

Following a brief orientation on Sister Cities International, LWC students will share information and answer questions about the cities and countries they have researched during the semester.
"Sister Cities International is a nonprofit citizen diplomacy network that creates and strengthens partnerships between U.S. and international communities. We strive to build global cooperation at the municipal level, promote cultural understanding and stimulate economic development." -(Sister Cities International website)
