Bottom, 83, Russell Springs, KY, died April 14, 2009, at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY. The funeral service will be at 1:00pmCT, Friday, April 17, 2009, at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 Steve Warriner Drive, Russell Springs, KY. Interment will be in Bethlehem Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, April 16, 2009, at Wilson Funeral Home. Mr. Bottom is survived by his wife, Joye Bottom, Russell Springs, KY, and the following:
