At Monday Nights Band Booster meeting Alan VanArsdale owner of Dixie Cash & Carry Building Supply presented a Macy's Blue Bird Box Fund Raiser for the Band students.

Dixie will be donating each band student a blue bird box to sell. The students will decorate their blue bird boxs if they wish and sell one blue bird box. Alan thought it would be a fun project plus it would help raise money for the Macys trip. We wanted to make the public aware that if they wish to buy a blue bird box get in touch with a band students.

The boxes will be given to the students on Friday, April 17, 2009 and the students will have till May 11, 2009 to sell their boxs.

We also have alot of other fund raisers. Coming up Monday April 20, 2009 will be at Fiesta Mexico night for the band.
