Glasgow man lodged in AC Regional Jail forgery charges Update: See related "KSP Post 15 investigating check forgeries/Individual is passing checks on TJ Samson Hospital; targets IGA, Houchens Stores. Trooper D. Holder is investigating" By Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY On April 9, 2009 at 1332 hours Douglas E. Matthews (age 50) of Glasgow, KY was arrested by Kentucky State Police Trooper Dewayne Holder of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY. Mr. Matthews was charged with one (1) count of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd Degree in Clinton County and one (1) count in Cumberland County and was lodged in the Adair County Jail. Trooper Holder was assisted by Glasgow Police Department and the Munfordville Police Department. The investigation is ongoing with possible criminal charges in the surrounding counties.
