LWC Men's Golf 7th after SE KY Intercollegiate Opening Round Junior Travis Radford, Burkesville, KY, leads Blue Raiders By Chris Wells, LWC Sports Information Director LONDON, KY - The Lindsey Wilson College men's golf team is tied for seventh following today's Southeastern Kentucky Intercollegiate's first round at Crooked Creek Golf Club. The Blue Raiders shot a team-total of 306 over the 6,943-yard, par-72 Crooked Creek layout. Lindsey Wilson enters Tuesday's final round 13 strokes behind first round leader and host University of the Cumberlands (KY) (293). The 20-team tournament also serves as the Mid-South Conferences spring event. Lindsey Wilson junior Travis Radford leads the Blue Raiders following his three-over par 75 (38-37). The Burkesville, KY, native, is tied for seventh in the 114-man field. Seniors Abraham Gali (35-42) and Carlos Navarro (37-40) and freshman Nicolas Navarro (40-37) are all tied for 33rd after posting five-over par 77s. Sophomore Joe Hood rounds out the team with a 10-over par 82 (41-41). Cumberlands Michael Burgan leads the tournament after his four-under par 68 (34-34).
